What to send

So the quote is accurate first time

For written translation

Send an email or WhatsApp message, telling me and attaching:

  • Where the document comes from — country and body
  • Where it is going — country and body
  • Whether the original is paper or digital
  • A digital copy of the document

For interpreting

Send an email or WhatsApp message, or telephone, telling me:

  • What the appointment is
  • Date and time
  • Where it takes place
Two things worth knowing
  • For a quote, the original document is not needed: a digital copy is enough. For a certified translation the original is required, because it is bound in with the certification.
  • The quality of the source document — paper, scanned PDF, Word file — affects the formatting work involved and therefore the quote. A legible scan saves you money.
